Clean-up The Green Mile
Friday the 13th of September
09:30 – 13:00 Stadhouderskade
Amsterdam
Starting point: Rijkstuinen of the Rijksmuseum
Yes, this year we are again organising a big clean-up day on the Stadhouderskade.

After a successful first edition, we are once again dedicating ourselves to a clean street this year. The official World Clean Up Day is a week later, but we will be starting a week earlier, because why wait to keep the city clean?
Everyone is welcome: young, old, local, expat, employee or resident, the more the merrier!

Are you curious about the impact you will make with this event? The so called "Zwerfinator", Sustainability Award winner 2024, has recently conducted research on the waste on the Stadhouderskade and mapped it out because yes, "to measure is to know". Curious about how many kilos he cleaned up during his round, what he mainly encountered, and where the bottlenecks are? Then listen to his inspiring impact story during the closing of this day.
The Green Mile likes to combine making an positive impact with action and relaxation, so just like last year, we will close at one of our founding partners, the Heineken Experience, with a (non-alcoholic) drink and a snack.
